The heart of FLOWER’s work is our support of girls’ clubs. Currently FLOWER collaborates with the Ghana Education Service to support nearly 1000 girls in 30 girls’ clubs in local schools across the Eastern Region. Staff and volunteers working with FLOWER visit all schools on a rotating basis, run annual girls club leadership conferences for teachers, distribute a FLOWER written and produced Girls’ Club activity book and offer additional regional leadership opportunities to girls club high achievers through our peer educators program.
